All pieces are original Artworks unless stated. Each piece will display a difference or variation in visuals. Each Artwork is described and documented with as much accuracy as possible. Due to the nature of the Artwork, some may have unique characteristics. These details will be listed. As the Buyer, you are purchasing an original Artwork and will own the physical copy of said Artwork. Kendra Yee Studio retains all the ownership and authorship rights to the Artwork.
Care instructions for Ceramics: For safe keepings, please store in the jewellery box if not being worn. Avoid contact with cosmetics or water. They are sturdy, yet fragile!
Care instructions for Silver: All orders are made to order, please allow for an additional week before ship out date. Keep in air tight bag to preserve polish, however tarnishing is a natural process. Edges have been slightly tumbled, but wear with care.
Care instructions for Paper: Artworks are shipped unframed unless stated. To preserve Artworks best, please consider framing with UV protected glass. Over time, exposure to intense light can cause fading. UV protected glass or archival framing will protect the Artwork.
All sales are final. In the rare case that the Artwork is damaged upon arrival, please contact directly.
Orders will be shipped up to one week from purchase date, please contact if needing shipping alternatives.
If you have selected pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with available pickup hours.
Orders outside of Canada may include extra duty or tax charges that are responsible to the buyer. The Studio will not cover duties or taxes. If concerned about these costs, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
Each Artwork is delivered with care and customized packaging. Holding value to reusable materials, all Artworks are wrapped in recycled bubble wrap and other packaging supplies. Please contact directly if looking for specific packaging, additional costs may be applied.
